E-mail is the most efficient way to get a concise and accurate response to your inquiry. Simply list the make/model of the product in question and a brief description of the problem.

Our network of technical support extends back to the manufacturer
- so you can be assured of up-to-date and accurate help from our engineers.

If you require assistance urgently, then please phone our office located on our Contact page. If we can’t resolve the issue right away on the first call, we will do our best to have an answer for you in 24 hours.

The future of technical support is just around the corner.
The benefits of forums are not always obvious, so if you’re new to them -- here is how they work:

Customers & Suppliers post messages, much the same as e-mail -- to a common meeting place.

This constantly growing “community” of users and their
discussions serve to provide an online database of sorts.
In other words, a message resource built up on discussions from
topics as diverse as DAQ boards to media converters.

If you have a problem or topic of interest, chances are there is someone
out there with the same problem or has something to say about that topic.

A very useful way to share ideas and help others in the industry, don’t you think?

Our forum will go online over the next few of weeks. Feel free to contribute
